Creating external impact:
Government Affairs (GA) and Public Affairs (PA) is the planning, coordination and execution of activities to strengthen a stakeholders influence and ability to improve for instance a companies business conditions. For global companies and organisations this can span from securing the needed license to operate, to building partnerships with Government(s) and NGO(s) to fight climate change, poverty etc. Our principles are simple, yet efficient:
- Outside-in: GA / PA needs to focus on external influencers and should be grounded outside-in
- Focus: Leverage Strategy to create external impact
- Walk the talk: Reflect and be embedded in the company’s/organisation’s daily operations
